"This place is amazing. It had all the amenities I needed and more. My family and I stayed here while we were relocating and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were big enough for everyone and the house was clean. My kids loved the flashlights to help them see at night. It was the little things that mattered to us during our stay. The host was also responsive and accommodating. I will recommend this place to my family and friends!"

"This place is perfect for a family gathering, including large or extended family. Two living rooms, two washers and dryers, two driveways, two kitchens even! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close proximity to Denver and Red Rock Amphitheater with plenty to do and grocery stores just a few minutes away. The host Ryan was awesome. He had helped us the very next day when we had a ROUGH start to our vacation. 10/10, next vacation to Colorado, I will look for this listing again for another stay in...

"We had a lovely stay. The apartment is comfortable, beautifully appointed, and located in a quiet, charming neighborhood easily walkable to Pearl St. "

"This is a shared residence, not an entire residence like the listing shows. There were two spoons and 4 forks for silverware. Very limited cookware. About 8:45 on the night of our stay, the garage door opened and people came into the garage to go to their basement rental. The walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear every conversation they had. If it wouldn’t have been so late, we would have left and went to a hotel. I would not recommend staying here. "
