"We stayed at Monarch Mountain Lodge sWednesday, July 1st - July 5th. We did not have running water for most of our stay, and obviously we were very frustrated. When the water finally came through in the shower, it was full of sand and mud. There was no restaurant staff, no gift shop staff, and no property manager on site for the whole time we stayed there. We tried to contact the property manager, by phone & email but no response. Zoe (front desk) & maintenance were helpful with our frig not...
