"The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here."

It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). "What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. This place is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores or a perfect bike ride to everywhere. I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friends."
