"Apartment is spacious and clean, very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, parking for one car. Kitchen has enough utensils for food preparation. There’s A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in the rooms. Bath sink is small for 4 guests. Braydon was great and was in constant communication to make sure our stay is comfortable. Didn’t have any issues with the other guests in the area. I highly recommend this property."

"There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area."

You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping.
