It has a bedroom with a queen bed and a private den with a full size futon. The spacious and cozy living area includes a breakfast table, couch/TV and kitchen. A dedicated parking space is included - which can be a life saver during high traffic beach days. You have free access to a laundry room and cleaning supplies. You can enjoy ample use of the shared hot tub. Wifi is free. This unit is located through a locked gait for extra privacy and security.

This 5-unit bldg. is turnkey offering an exclusive common area for residents with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pit.... A perfect way to relax after a day at the beach!

There is no need to bring your beach items! We have a decent supply of towels and sunscreen and there is a storage room with free access to frisbees, balls, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby items, wagons, etc.

You will find people in this area are very friendly. It's a mellow, fun, safe relaxing, and, at times, breathtaking place to enjoy the sun, sand, and the ocean breeze.
