The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an independent entrance.

Above the apartment there's a roof garden with a spectacular panoramic view over the entire Hotel Zone and Nichupté Lagoon.

The condominium has a large pool with sun beds around it as well as a palapa where you can grill and enjoy a day in Cancun as if it was your own home.

The green areas are wide and are next to a very beautiful sweet water lagoon canal. If you wish, we can lend you a kayak to go look around the lagoon canals and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

The Neighborhood:
It is a very quiet and familiar neighborhood. It is located in a privileged lagoon canal, in which unique sunsets are seen. It is a very safe place because it has security personnel 24 hours a day plus the location is exclusive so you can walk around to restaurants and bus station at any time with no problems at all.

Within a perimeter of 300 meters you'll find a 24/7 pharmacy, delicious restaurants, supermarkets, a church, starbucks and access to public transport where you can reach anywhere in the Hotel Zone quickly and safely.

Across the street you can take the ferry with which you can easily and quickly reach Isla Mujeres, a beautiful island with beaches and activities to do, highly recommended!

Getting Around:
Easy access to any point of the hotel zone, just 1 minute walk by the corner is the bus stop, which are safe and economic.They cost $ 12 Mexican pesos per person, most have conditioned air.

Similarly there are taxis that can be ordered in the hotel next door.
