"My boyfriend and I booked this VRBO for our weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. The size of the place was perfect for the two of us and it was very well kept. A nice modern touch on a classic cabin. The instructions were very clear about check in and property information. I would definitely book this VRBO again if I make my way back to Idyllwild and would recommend it to anyone that wants a cozy cabin get away weekend! "

"The check in process was easy and the communication from the property manager was timely. The condo was very nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood was great and fun to walk around. We were 10 minutes from the Indian Wells tennis center and 10 minutes from downtown La Quinta with nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this condo. "

"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

"The location is absolutely amazing!! A block from the central area of North Palm Canyon Dr. The room was perfect for what I needed. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. Large refrigerator. The cups, glasses, silverware, dishes were very nice to have. 2 to 3 blocks away is a Grocery Outlet, Rite Aid and BevMo. Perfect to pick up beverages, breakfast items and snacks. Great communication and responsiveness with the manager. I would definitely book this place...

"Rented units C&D for friends to enjoy celebrating my husband turning the Big 5-0! It was nice to have everyone all together but yet offer them their own personal bedroom/bathroom space. Blackhaus is very well appointed with amenities that might be needed while traveling-"
