The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"

The Preferred Club Lounge was a highlight. Diego was excellent at reception, and Angel was always attentive. Our second concierge, Metz, made a real difference after we upgraded our suite. "O hotel é muito bom, localização praia etc, o que deixou a desejar mais foi a comida para um hotel 5 estrelas há uma expectativa muito grande e a piscina 2 do lobby está totalmente degradada e perigosa inclusive com ladrilhos danificados. Os atendentes em grande maioria são bem receptivos mas acho que pode ter uma evolução pra um padrão 5 estrelas, o atendente da área de praia pra o snorkel e caiaque por exemplo era bem grosseiro. No geral o hotel é bom, com melhorias pontuais. "

"David was a great host. The private cenote is very nice and relaxing. The jungle cabin is very basic if that is what you are looking for, no option for cooking. We enjoyed being able to unplug for the night and listen to the monkeys and birds from the nearby sanctuary. "
