"The staff is useless. I had a reservation for two king rooms and, upon arrival, I got one king room and a second accessible room with two queen beds. After complaining, I met a very rude manager that said she “could not guarantee” the room I booked, even though it was booked and paid for months in advance.
When I checked out, I was waiting for a delivery from Amazon that would not arrive on time, so I left the tracking number with my name at the reception asking for them to please just reject the package so I could get a refund. Package was not rejected.
Maybe it was because it was left with Manny, the same guy that gave us a wrong room upon check in.
Terrible staff, terrible breakfast. Even though I paid for breakfast for my whole stay, I only went for breakfast on day one to find out it was horrible.
Now I have to try to fight Amazon for a refund for a package that God knows where it is because the property simply does not respond to messages.
Won’t be staying here again."
