The house fit four generations perfectly, with great spaces to gather, nearby beach access, and a fun swing set for the little ones. The Chatham Bars Inn, where we ate and played tennis, is in easy walking distance. Bill, the property manager, was very responsive. "

"July 2025 -- we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was "as advertised" -- in walking distance to Chatham's Mainstreet which is full of shopping/restaurants. Also in walking distance to Cape Cod league baseball field which was fun! Impeccably clean and well furnished. The property manager Susan was super communicative and easy to deal with. She made lots of recommendations which were fabulous. Would stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property and this precious town. Our first time...

"This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham"

"Our family of 6 (our Adult children and a grandchild) had a wonderful time at this resort. The pool area, dining, and boat trips (one to a private beach that is complimentary) were the highlights. And the service is top notch, very attentive. Also paid for a boat tour to see the seals and lighthouse which was excellent with Captain John. The rooms could use some upgrades and some painting/cleaning around the cottages. For a top notch family resort on Cape Cod, it’s either here or Chatham Inn. "
