We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. "The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

"Good use of space, comfortable bed and sofa, Very pleasant neighborhood walking distance to Fenway Park, Whole Foods and 2 subway stations. The kitchen is small but functional. The refrigerator either freezes salad or leaks water and the bathroom sink is tiny. But otherwise a sweet place to stay. Use Bounce if you need to stash your bags before check in or after check out."

"The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, with everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and has beautiful furnishings making it a really comfortable place to stay while visiting Boston. The parking was a great bonus. Its a five minute walk to a supermarket to get supplies and well connected to Boston via either train or silver line bus (30 mins to South Station)."

"Booked in March. Received email in June about booking with verification. Was supposed to get instructions for check in day. Had to reach out and find out apartment wasn’t booked correctly? Offered a new apartment, which was a studio and super small or a hotel option. Just confused as to mistake in booking. Made to feel dismissed about my questions.
