"Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owners could not do enough for us. Beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms. Adults only. Great location. You won’t be disappointed."

"The room was very nice, clean, and perfect for a couple. Unfortunately, the noise made our stay extremely disappointing. Despite the outdoor pool being closed for the season, loud music played from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The guests below us blasted music until 1 a.m., and there was no front desk staff available overnight to address it. Our room also faced the main road, where traffic noise was constant day and night. Two nights of little to no sleep ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway....

"Upon arrival, the manager was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated however our room had a funny odor."

"Boa estadia . O hotel ( quartos ) prrcisa ser renovado . "

"Hotel muito bom. Quarto Grande. Staff prestativo e atencioso. Prefira diária sem café da manhã, porque o café é servido por uma "loja" da Starbucks dentro do hotel. Pagando à parte você tem mais opções ou pode gastar menos. "

"The place was beautiful, peace and calm, me and my fiancé. We had a wonderful birthday weekend. We would love to come back again. Staff was great. The amenities was perfect. The view of the ocean was beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better birthday gift."

"This was a good option for my family for a brief stay. The only thing is there was no arcade room which I saw listed in the amenities. When we asked the front desk about it, they looked at us like we were strange, but I double checked the Expedia listing and it did list it."

"Fantastic place!"

"Everything was prefect from check in to check out. Jillian and staff are top notch! We loved the breakfast daily, beautiful property that is meticulously kept and location in the cape is excellent! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!"

"The property is an older timeshare and dated."

"Loved this place! Room was very nicely done and updated. Breakfast was delicious. The treats were excellent. Our room was on the front of the home so the street was a little loud. I had earplugs and was fine but my husband had a hard time. We will be back!"

"O Hotel fica bem localizado , próximo aos principais acessos para as demais praias e cidades de Cape Cod , ótimas opções de restaurantes e compras nas proximidades "

"The staff was extremely kind, room was warm, clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious. Perfect place in a perfect location."

"We’ve stayed before just a few months ago. Had a lovely time. This time, we were greeted at 7:00 Pm by a 13 year old child who was delightful and intelligent. However, he was 13 and working the front desk. Checked us in. No adult around. The room had a shower head that moved back and forth and actually shifted the water spout below it. The other tenant on the other side of our shower started their shower and made our water freeze while we were in it. There was a person in the AM breakfast who...
