"Very comfortable bed (had a cushy topper). Pet-friendly. Clean & Organized; had everything we needed. Was cold & windy outside during our stay, it even snowed, but we were warm inside. Location away from main / busy streets was nice since we were able to walk dog in a residential neighborhood without excessive traffic - yet convenient access to stores & major roads. "

Our kids loved the upstairs bedroom "attic loft" setup, but I would not recommend for kids under 3. "A most welcoming home away from home that is for sure!! Where every amenity was well thought out and addressed! Somewhere for the shoes, somewhere for the ice melt, all the blankets we could have conceivably needed - et. al. Very well stocked kitchen with every kind of coffee pot you could think of!! Helpful and attentive home owner. Clean yet homey, loved it all. Would have been the holiday above all holidays if we didn't get sick!! Mind you, was a great place to stay in when we were...

"This was our second stay at this home and it didn't disappoint! My husband and I celebrated New Year's on the Cape this year. This home had everything we needed and then some. The location is great, it's very clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and linens and towels are provided. The owner's had even decorated it for Christmas, which was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. We've already booked again for our spring trip. "
