"Staff was awful gave us keys to our room. We went up to check out our room, we opened the door and went in and to everyones surprise there was people living in that room. So they gave us another room bùt no heat. So we went down to the front desk they said they sent someone to fix it. After two hours still no heàt Now it is almost midnight and is colder than hell in our room. Fed up we checked out and had to find another room somewhere in Spokane at midnight with basketball tournaments this...

"This place was well worth the money. It was quiet, clean, very friendly and the breakfast was above average. The location worked out well too, we felt very safe and there's a few places within walking distance but several more with a short drive. We stayed here to send our child to the Navy and it was about a 5 minute drive to MEPs."

"The breakfast was a grab and go. It wasn't really that great, and it is the dirtiest, most rundown, howard johnson, I have ever stayed at. I couldn't even heat up my frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich because the microwave didn't work right. They also didn't seem to care much about the drug.Addicts and homeless hanging around the building. I feel like I paid far too much for the services. I did not get the second morning.I couldn't even take a shower because I wasn't getting any hot water....

"Pool was warm, but there was a cold draft coming into the pool area from somewhere outside. The hot tub jets did not function at all, just stagnant water but hot. The hot/cold water in the shower was backwards and the temp would not stay regulated regardless of how you set it. Set your temperature in the shower and it would randomly move to very cold or scolding hot randomly. The air conditioning/heater unit would not allow you to change the temperature hotter or colder, additionally, the...

"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "
