"Great place, convenient location."

"Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it...

"Compact but comfy and clean. Very convenient to the fun downtown area!"

"The only reason I chose this location is because it was listed as having garage parking. When I arrived there was no access to the garage or instructions so I text the number provided and was simply told "there is not garage parking available" so that was a huge let down for me. This should not be offered if it is not going to be available. The next issue was that I was not able to lock the front door when I left. I had to leave the house unlocked until I returned late that night and I was...

"Excellent property with a great view"

"Local bem limpo, moderno. A localização é um pouco distante dos principais atrativos, mas para quem está de carro não era muito impactado. A cozinha é bem equipada para quem quiser fazer comida lá."

"Omid was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The linens, bedding, kitchen amenities are all high quality. I was very impressed all the way around. The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area."

"Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. "

"I rented this VRBO for our extended family for graduation weekend! It was fabulous! The location is so great - walking to the park, mall, amazing restaurants and cafes! The host is extremely responsive and helpful!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!"

"All of the above. Really was impressed by the friendly welcoming staff & the ease of staying in a clean & comfortable place. The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa"

"Honey feel and nice area."
