It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc."

Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me."

"Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!"
