The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. "Architecturally & design wise I loved it!I felt like I was in a beautiful modern tree house.These notes may help:It’s a grey house on the corner of Q & 25th,front faces Q St & the BnB entrance & lockbox is on the left side.Parking is on 25th behind the house & the chain link fence must be opened with a key they provide.There is a damaged step on the outside stairs beware.Property has STRONG smell when you walk in,but I became nose blind to it inside.We arrived after 3pm & the A/C was definitely...
