We loved our cabin stay at wild wind - a refurbished old school house along the river. Very peaceful and had everything you could need. Great location close to Shenandoah and Rapidan River. This home is sparkling-clean, beautifully-decorated, completely updated, spacious, well-stocked, and offers stunning views. Bedrooms are like boutique hotels, huge bathrooms with modern lighting. There are clear and helpful notes posted throughout the home for everyone's benefit. Communication with host was friendly, prompt and helpful! "Had a great stay over the Christmas holiday! Beautiful cabin that is exactly as described. Fire pit was nice, and the views and sunrises can’t be beat. Living room needs some lamps/better lighting. And the cabin needs new pots and pans. But those are minor issues in comparison to what a wonderful time we had. We will definitely be returning to Fish Trap Village! "
