Casas de Férias em Venice, CA

"Pretty place with the best equipped kitchen in a rental. The front and back yard are a bonus. We had great family time here. Host is very readily available and VERY helpful."

"Beautiful, cozy, great location with super responsive hosts! If you’re looking in the Venice Beach-Santa Monica area: snag this property! Perfect location in a roomy, well appointed home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook morning breakfast or a nice evening meal! We so enjoyed the outdoor firepit in the evening! "

"Beautiful house on the best walkstreet. Classic Venice!"

"A very beautiful, super quiet place , comfortable, and with excellent service, I highly recommend this place. 10/10, absolutely perfect for a couple."

"Good area, close to beach, owner gave good instructions, listing was as described. We would stay again."

"* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

"Our hosts were easy to communicate. They were really kind."

"Everything was great - clean, spacious, great location, beautiful rooftop deck. And the hosts left milk for our daughter, pastries, and flowers for when we arrived - so thoughtful and kind! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes."

"My 3rd time staying there and I’ll return. My favorite place to stay in LA"

"Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Cozy place in a very walkable area. I was able to walk into the downtown area within 12 minutes where many restaurants and shops were at your fingertips. There is also Jackson Market a few doors down from the guest house. You can grab breakfast, lunch, a pizza and shop for all your essentials. I enjoyed the many conveniences during this stay."

"This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!"

"Trish was Perfect. The house is very clean with ALL the necessary appliances. The piano for us was a super plus."

"Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA."

"A very nice house in a nice part of the city. Contact with the owner goes very smoothly. There are bikes to ride around. Shops, restaurants also. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach in Santa Monica."
