"It is a nice property, the room was clean, kitchen was a plus and bathroom was good too. You can listen to other apartments very easily and during the weekend it is especially noisy around, but during the night it was more quiet overall. The beach is 10 steps from the property, rooftop view is beautiful. The onyl thing that was hard was using the washer and dryer, it is only quarters and it was really hard to find places to get change or get support from the hotel to get to use it. I had a question about it and the person at front desk was not friendly and said she had nothing to do with the washer and dryer service, wasn't too friendly. Other staff was amazing and very polite and helpful."

"My stay was good, as usual, but this time I paid for a ocean view suite and got a side view with partial parking lot view, not the same as the ones I stayed before. It was a bit frustrating, I try to change my room at the frontdesk but none was available. It was one my least satisfying stays there, I stayed there for more than 5 years and this was the first time I get a different room from what I saw at the booking page...well, I don't thing I will come back after that, but apologies are accepted, maybe with more than 15% discount offer (which I didn't use it) I'll considere staying again."
