"The host was communicative, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The apartment was located in a convenient area to get around to major attractions in LA and local highways very quickly. Parking garage amenities was a huge plus!My only reason for being discontent was that it's mentioned that it's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, but was only given access to use1b bedroom and bathroom. I was also really looking forward to using the office space as shown in the pictures, but that wasn't availablem"

"This apartment was beautiful! The decor was elegant and edgy. We really appreciated the 24 hour doorman and the garage parking. It was close to all things downtown, and only about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and Long Beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and rent it again!!!"

When my feet are black from walking around bare foot, to the dust gunk on simple things that can be cleaned.The beds are HORRIBLE. My college son even agreed and he is used to sleeping in a dorm bedLocation and parking is the only good thing going for this place"

"Location is fantastic close to the beach and one block from the downtown strip of Manhattan Beach. Hosts were very easy to get a hold and quick respond. The rooftop space is a really nice bonus area that we really enjoyed. Due to the age of the building, the walls are a little thin so you could hear the people upstairs but earplugs solve that problem, the unit itself has been recently upgraded and is lovely."
