"We really enjoyed our two night stay! The neighborhood, safe parking, private patio were all awesome! Only downfall of this property is the cleanliness. Towels smelled of mildew and the bathroom floor was sticky upon arrival. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and will say it was so nice to be so close to Universal Studios! Super quick & cheap uber ride there and back. Thank you again for having us!"

"Quarto amplo, limpo. Equipe de funcionários maravilhosa. Muito prestativos e gentis. Não usei a piscina e nem refeições. O estacionamento é ótimo e com uma dinâmica muito boa que ajuda na correria da viagem! Receberam encomenda pra nós sem cobrança. Voltarei!"

"Hotel muito bem localizado, com restaurantes e lojas excelentes na mesma rua e perto dos principais passeios que fizemos, como a Warner e a Universal. O shuttle gratuito oferecido ajuda muito e a funcionária que nos buscou no parque, levou ao centro e depois buscou foi extremamente gentil, ficamos muito gratas pela disponibilidade dela. Quarto ótimo, tudo certo! Única coisa que me deixou um pouco chateada foi que conversamos previamente pelo chat sobre uma extensão gratuita do checkout, que foi acordado, mas no dia disseram que não era possível e que se quiséssemos era necessário pagar uma taxa. Por fim, conseguimos manejar horários e deu tudo certo, mas teria sido melhor como combinado no chat. rs"

"Pontos positivos: quarto amplo, limpo. A cama é boa, chuveiro bom. Local tranquilo, mas de paredes finas o que não chega a incomodar. Excelente localização. Pontos negativos: o quanto não tem um armário. Tive que pendurar meu terno no gancho da porta do banheiro. Apesar da boa limpeza do quarto, eu teria que requisitar limpeza diária para ter meu quarto arrumado, o que só soube no penúltimo dia de estadia. Mas o local é muito bom."
