Other things to note
We would like to inform you that the maintenance work on the rooftop pool will be extended to repair and improve the space, in order to guarantee a safe, functional and pleasant space. The works will be carried out from 16 June to 28 July, during which time the pool will be out of service. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to improve the facilities.

Tulum is constantly growing, and as part of that development, sometimes variations in the electricity service may occur due to improvements in the infrastructure of the village. It's temporary and common in the area, and we really appreciate your understanding.
