His classes are held on our Palapa roof terrace

Each classes are $170 dollars per class for just over an hour .

Cacao has a long-standing history of opening the heart and boosting ones mood, today more and more people are exploring its benefits through cacao ceremonies.
The cacao used in these ceremonies is chocolate in its purest form. Cacao beans or seeds seeds come from the fruit of the cacao tree and have a distinctly bitter flavour. They're also chock-full of nutrients, making cacao a superfood that has been used in ceremonies dating back to the Mayans and Aztecs. Using the Cacao as a medicine with prayer and singing

You will see constructions around the villa bumpy unpaved roads
There are no construction rules here but good news is no new construction building around us now ..
It's peaceful

But as this is out of our hands we do not offer refunds for construction noise complaints

*The insects are also part of life , try to accept them
We fumigate the villa , but it is still part of life here and you may possibly find them in and around the villa .
They are not representing an unclean space , instead they are part of the eco system so please be mindful not to leave food outside unwrapped on the surfaces or the mosquito net doors open if you are not used to this please remember the jungle was their home before we came and all places in Tulum experience this .

Nothing is dangerous so you don't need to worry .
We thoroughly inspect the property before each check in to make sure all is amazing for your stay

Like everywhere in Tulum we do get sporadic power-cuts as this is out of our hands so we do not offer refunds , for this or natural disasters

If you would like to hire a cleaner during your stay we charge 1700 mxn pesos each visit ( only change towels once not sheets )
As changing your Towels for free are not part of the stipulations towel change will come with a price please ask your host

Please be mindful this is not a party house so we ask you kindly to respect the neighbors and keep loud music to a minimal.
The energy here is very healing and beautiful

We do not tolerate loud Parting around the villa so please let us know

HOUSE RULES:

No toilet paper or Tampax or other no bio degradable items in the toilet only use bin provided in each bathroom maybe you're not used to this but it's super important it's a rule everywhere
in Tulum especially our bio villa

*Please do not stick decorations on the walls glass doors or anywhere in the home only flowers in vases are acceptable or freestanding displays ( ask host to help we help decorate for your special day and make it magical )
*Please no balloons in the pool
*No kids on the palapa roof

*Only use BIO products in the house and down the drains no heavy oils in sinks
NO TOILET PAPER down the toilet
*We provide organic, eco-friendly amenities and use biodegradable cleaning products honey shampoo etc

*We charge extra for over use of air -conditioners in the villa this helps you to remember to turn them off whilst not in the villa or in the room
It's easy you never have to pay if you turn it off when your not there !!
*At check in- we take a photo reading of our electric meter & again when you check out .
Mexican standards are 40 KWh daily allowance anything over that WILL be charged at 40 pesos per KWh.
