"This is our third time staying at the Kiki. We keep returning because of how consistently well kept, clean, and organized this apartment is. The communication with Oliver is outstanding. He always meets our expectation, and travelling as a family, sometimes we have a lot requests.
The pool was necessary because of the seaweed at the beaches!
We look forward to returning. "

"The room was clean but overnight small bugs were all over the kitchen counter.
It was disappointing to learn that there is no "free beach shuttle" as advertised in the amenities section. Administration said they would rectify the listing.
Security people at the front desk were very informative about transportation options. We learned of newer cheaper options.
External appearance and vegetation is very well kept. Common area cleaning staff were at work silently at 7:30am, the grounds looked...

"Anita was so welcoming and helpful with planning our vacation! She organized us a driver for the Zamna music festival and answered any questions I had about Tulum. The VRBO was beautiful and clean and it was walking distance to the Tulum center for restaurants and shops. Would love to come back again when in town!"

"I guess the reviews are very mixed because of different expectations (and I guess Prices).
We payed under 100usd per night in August 2023 and consindering that it was absolutly fantastic! If you expect a 5 star hotel you will probably be disappointed by one of the following things: mirrors weren't spotlessly clean, the bed was standing 90 Degress turned so it might be a bit short for tall people (but 2m wide), no room cleaning included, one of our toilets had trouble flushing (the swimmer kept...
