"Had to sweep out cottage from hair on floor my black socks had hair sticking to them. The water was on when we arrived dripping so pipes wouldn’t freeze but the next day came back the sink was filling up bathroom sink was fine and had water was told to get heater out of bedroom to open cannot and place heater which didn’t work heater would not go over 68 degrees.
