The host failed to inform us that the house was not fully heated which was a problem when the temps dropped to the 20’s. Several rooms were heated(the upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom did not have heat. Nor any of the common areas. There is a wall heater added in the living/entrance area but it is not big enough to heat the area. We were freezing. "We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We are already talking about making another trip to Memphis and staying there...

"We went to the Memphis Tigers football game and was able to walk to the game due to the excellent location of the house. We ate dinner at Central BBQ and it was right around the corner from the house. We met my son at Staks Pancake and it was only about 15 minutes from our rental. Excellent all around location."
