"Communication with property manager was good, addressed questions quickly. Was close enough to all the things we wanted to do but had enough space to spread out with two teenagers. Hot tub was a big benefit after long days of walking."

"The home was perfect for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed plus some. It is nestled in the mountains but also close enough to all the attractions. Coming home from a day out to peace and quiet was just what we needed. The house is beautiful and the owner is wonderful! Any question I had was answered quickly and respectfully. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Gatlinburg!"

"Pictures in VRBO ad do not match what was given. When asked, the front desk male could have cared less saying, "well, you booked through VRBO and this is what they gave you". Poor attitude all around. Place was not terribly clean and VERY old. Nice aspect was creek view... minus the late night partiers."

"We were very pleased with the cabin. It was just as listed on VRBO with the amenities and locations. It had all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed for our family. They even had a pet kennel, leash and bowels. The owner was great through the entire process of booking through check out. We would book again but next time will bring a 4wd vehicle as the road leading up to the house was very steep in places and not very wide. But to be honest, pretty much all the roads in the area are just...

"Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."

"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
