"We stayed a week with our family. The location is great for Pigeon Forge, and the hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The master shower had excellent water pressure. Plenty of towels available in the bathrooms, and generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee K-Cups. Mattresses were comfortable - I believe they were foam.That said, several window blinds were broken, missing, or just in bad shape. The living room main front window only had a blackout shade (all or nothing), and...

"Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain....
