"Tom, the host, was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Great neighborhood, we felt very safe! Comfortable couch and beds! Well stocked kitchen! All the spice essentials… everything you need. Wonderful washer and dryer. Plenty of TP and paper towels. The balcony overlooks the pool, and pool floats and such available in the closet. Everything you need for a nice stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants, literally within walking distance if you are so...

"The house wasnt what i really expected at all their waa messed up things in the house it smelled really bad, also the garage which has 2 parking spots smells like straight piss and that was irritating to smell every time i went in their , this was terrible "

"The host was communicative, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The apartment was located in a convenient area to get around to major attractions in LA and local highways very quickly. Parking garage amenities was a huge plus!My only reason for being discontent was that it's mentioned that it's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, but was only given access to use1b bedroom and bathroom. I was also really looking forward to using the office space as shown in the pictures, but that wasn't availablem"

"Location is fantastic close to the beach and one block from the downtown strip of Manhattan Beach. Hosts were very easy to get a hold and quick respond. The rooftop space is a really nice bonus area that we really enjoyed. Due to the age of the building, the walls are a little thin so you could hear the people upstairs but earplugs solve that problem, the unit itself has been recently upgraded and is lovely."

"The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA."
