"Lovely relaxing stay in the hotel with family. We were staying due to a family wedding in Anstruther. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially Carragh (sorry if that’s the wrong spelling) and Clare.

"As soon as we entered the room and opened the bathroom door there was an awful smell of wet dirty rag and the floor was wet. A member of staff offered to apply some airfreshner which did not solve the problem at all, it just hid it for a while. I think it was the bathtub drain. Remote controls were sticky and they wiped them after requested. "Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being...
"Pam was a delight. The space was very clean. The mattress could use a replacing. A bit stiff (inner-spring) but the sheets and duvet were nice.

"Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff.
Hotel was immaculate, staff were immaculate and I really can’t fault them at all.
