"Super location! Never in my wildest dreams would i have imagined sleeping to the sound of waves. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The owner spent a lot of time with us sharing activities in Long Beach. I grew up here but a lot has changed in 20 years! "Everything was very well stocked. The shower was a little small to be able to wash your feet. This unit did not have a garage to park in even though there were three empty garage spaces. That would’ve made it a lot better if we didn’t have to hunt for street parking. "

"Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! "
