Foi grosseiro e pouco atencioso. Até que o meu parceiro de viagem pediu para verificar se não havia nenhuma reserva no sobrenome dele. Aí então, ele achou o segundo quarto da reserva.. Mas o mau atendimento foi totalmente desnecessário."
