The Space:

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in a space that feels warm and inviting. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is perfect for up to 4 guests, great for families, couples, or friends. ☀️



✨ One of the favorite spots is the private garden, where you can sip your morning coffee, read for a while, or simply unwind surrounded by plants and fresh air. The condo also offers a quiet shared pool to cool off and a tennis court if you’re in the mood for a little activity under the sun.



For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually stay.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.



Guest Access:

To generate your access registration for the residential area, it is necessary to complete the form that will be sent to you before your arrival. Once your access is registered, the bracelets required to enter the common areas will be available inside the apartment. 😊



Getting Around:

The property is 5 minutes walking for the beach



Other Things to Note:

🔸 We provide one towel per person per stay. Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



🔺Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Dates cannot be changed either. 🔻



🔐 Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

📲 We want your stay to be as comfortable and smooth as possible. I will be available to assist you with anything you need during your visit, whether by message or call from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
