The apartment in this ad is located in a quiet condominium building. The name of the building is "DK 52". It is a one-bedroom apartment, quite spacious and modern. A peaceful morning coffee on the roof terrace under an incredible sunrise, or sipping an ice-cold cocktail in the evening are just some of the possibilities you can hope for. And what about the private balcony? After an exciting day, a tête-à-tête in this little intimate corner. The bedroom leads directly to the bathroom. Whether you plan to cook or not, we have a fully equipped kitchen because we want this to be your home away from home. Note that there is no oven (it's too hot to cook anyway and your spouse may want a break from the chore!). Either way, amazing restaurants are just minutes away. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open plan. There is a 45-inch widescreen TV in the bedroom. We have the following streaming services that you can access with your personal account; Netflix, YouTube and Amazon. A rooftop infinity pool overlooking the sea offers breathtaking views while relaxing.
In the lobby There is often someone to welcome you. But in principle this is a self check-in, with a code and a FOB key for the main door of the building and a code for the key box where you will find the apartment key and the FOB keys for the building.
We are just seconds away from the exciting 5th Avenue with all its high-end shops and restaurants, and a 7-minute walk from the famous Martina's Beach Club and the sea.

Passenger access
This is an entire private condominium with private entrance. The common areas you have access to are the rooftop with pool, spa, large sunbathing areas, beach chairs and 360 degree observation deck, as well as a dining area. The gym, laundry room and parking are in the basement. Please note that the spas and pool at Riviera Maya are not heated. It gets pretty hot here! The rooftop terrace closes at 10pm.
Other points to note
Our building is the tallest in the area, giving us a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view on the roof. From this point we can see an aerial view of the city and of course the turquoise sea that is just a few minutes away.
PARKING
Although we have listed an underground parking, please note that this is not under our control. The building administration manages the parking. Our understanding is that it is on a first come/first served basis. No reservations for parking spaces are possible. Please note that there are a very limited number of spaces available and as hosts we cannot GUARANTEE the availability of a parking space. Despite this, there are plenty of safe and free parking spaces on Calle 52 and the surrounding streets. Just make sure that your parking space is free and that you do not need to place a parking voucher on your dashboard that only costs a few pesos per day. The payment terminals are green. Street parking is free from 10pm to 7am. If you park on the street, be sure to follow the rules and pay the rate. Otherwise, you will be fined a hefty fine. And don't forget to get up early the next morning to put pesos back in the green box!
WASHERS AND DRYERS
There are washers and dryers in the building, but please note that these are subject to availability and are not controlled by us, the hosts. They are controlled by the building administration and may be subject to repairs and/or not be available to our guests WITHOUT NOTICE. We will notify our guests as soon as possible of any change in availability. Washers and dryers are coin operated. They only cost approximately $80 pesos for each unit.
To use these units, the guest MUST open the laundry room door using the yellow FOB key or request one at the security desk. We are therefore NOT RESPONSIBLE for the availability of these devices.
