"We stay here each time we have medical appts in Jacksonville OR have to catch early flights. Approx 15 min from JAX International airport and River City Marketplace (shopping and eating). Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy! Plus they have a recliner in each room which is great for my husband since he has to be elevated for breathing purposes while sleeping. They will charge a $100 redundable incident / damage charge, but ive had no problems having it refunded each...

"The bed had stains on it. By the time we realized it we couldn’t get any assistance. We also waited a long time for the desk clerk to come out of the office when we arrived. It was only for one night so not a big deal"
