"Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back."

Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. And then walking into the room there was dead bugs in the bed sheets cigarette Burns everywhere mildew all over the walls it was a disgusting Hotel I...

"The resort was just as expected. Very nice amenities with many choices for activities and restaurants. And the pool areas were wonderful with staff available for food or drinks. Awesome! Will return!"

"Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating."

"We stay here each time we have medical appts in Jacksonville OR have to catch early flights. Approx 15 min from JAX International airport and River City Marketplace (shopping and eating). Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy! Plus they have a recliner in each room which is great for my husband since he has to be elevated for breathing purposes while sleeping. They will charge a $100 redundable incident / damage charge, but ive had no problems having it refunded each...

"Location, Location, Location. Walk right out on to the beach. We had lunch on the beach and then dinner later that night within walking distance of the hotel. Beach was beautiful. Rooms were showing some wear and tear but the bed was comfortable and it was adequate size. Too much outside street noise on the west side of the property but everything shuts down at 10 so it wasn't an issue at night. Staff was great. Check in however socks. Its at 4 and if you arrive earlier they want to up charge...
