The view over the courtyard was peaceful and the live music in the evenings was nice way to end the day. If you want quiet before 9 pm then I would look elsewhere but we thought it made for a nice evening. "Right across the street from quiet, beautiful stretch of beach. Ideally located close to downtown and up the street from the beach restaurants/bars at the roundabout. Sunrise breakfast at Sliders is awesome. The unit came equipped with EVERYTHING you need to cook (or bake for that matter). Quiet, comfortable and effortless check-in and checkout. "Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. "
