"Very affordable. Kind and helpful staff. Room was perfect, the space was shut right, the pull out sofa was the perfect size for the girls and the kitchenette area was great for storing items and spreading items out for girls to choose snacks. "We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. "

"This condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean wasn’t bad either. I love the rules of quiet from 10 pm to 10am. The pool was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time here. "The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it is. There were holes in the walls, a huge gap in the side door, and other defects such as a sink faucet that was barely attached. There was no soap/shampoo, no internet and the remotes for the TV did not work. The host was kind and check in was good, but this place could use some serious TLC.
