"Oceanfront first floor room could see only the horizon of the ocean. I do not feel this should be priced as an ocean front, though of course there is no resort view from 1003 and that is good. First floor rooms should be priced lower due to not having a full view of the ocean due to dunes. The staff were friendly and the dining and bars were tasty. "It's a great location and price is reasonable. The property is currently being renovated under new ownership after years of neglect apparently. It's quiet (on a Thursday night) and comfortable with a little harbor within walking distance with shops, restaurants, etc. I'd do it again."

"No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. "

"The room smelled like mildew. The toilet didn’t work. The person at the front desk was smoking like a chimney whenever I went in there. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty sketchy; a person was smoking weed just outside my room. After all this I did appreciate the 55” TV."

"The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer "

"Omg the rooms were huge! Killer good time. 100% beach access, huge late night heated pool and hot tub, access to nightlife is very walkable, great parking access where ever you like. "
