I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we checked out the women at the desk asked how our stay was. I explained again and she replied with oh your are supposed to have a free breakfast and a sorry. We declined the breakfast and she said ok you're good. No thank you. The parking is pretty far away from the hotel, they did have someone driving a golf cart to give you a ride back to the hotel which was nice when you have a lot to carry. Also cookies and waters when you checked in. Other than not being thanked for staying there the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The beds were not very comfortable, on the firm side. I sat in the desk chair and all most fell over backwards, that probably needed replaced. The tv was good. Over all it wasnt horrible but definitely did not live up to my expectations, which aren't that high.
