"Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience.
During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. "As hard as being a Hampton Inn property it came close... The clea.i g staff were cordial but could tell they were ina hurry for us to leave and the Check out time being at 11:00 instead of 12 like all other Hampton Inns I stayed at was whatever a d the. Breakfast was consistant with a lower star hotel... but all and all it was my expectations that messed ut up... its still a very nice hotel and most everyone was very polite a d accommodating"
