"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"The unit seemed to have just been painted and new furnishings. We had only 2 things that weren’t perfect. The walls are paper thin. We were listening to the neighbors tv. And there was still masking and plastic hanging from the skylight. Perfect location and view. "

Next door to our favorite eatery in Yachats, walk everywhere in this darling coast village, trails, beach, coffee shops, galleries, grocery store. This little place is in a row of four units, elevated above a tiny park with greenery next to Hwy 101. Traffic slows down going through townand was not really noticeable to us after...

The host was INCREDIBLY accommodating and kind, and made my wedding day/ night incredibly memorable. I will never forget this place. I would leave some photos but I wouldn’t wanna ruin the surprise! The beach access, the views, the cleanliness, the privacy, the hospitality, it’s amazing. The accuracy of the listing is 100% and better. "

"The VRBO was in a good location for visiting the coast. We enjoyed meeting some of the Toledo residents at the nearby Timbers restaurant and lounge. Warning to anyone who is taller than 6 feet. The bathroom is small. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make any meals we wanted to eat in. "
