"The location was excellent for our stay. Walking distance to 23rd, shops restaurants etc. The property is partially underground and was damp and cool. Access to the bed was difficult as it was wedged into a corner with limited access on each side. There were cleanliness issues in the damp bathroom leading to the growth of Seratia on the shower curtain. With regards the kitchen, the knives were so dull as to represent a danger in their use.
