"We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

"The location and overall accommodations we absolutely perfect. Very clean and comfortable and lots to do around the area. We were there primarily for a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, but took the opportunity to explore the neighborhood. Aaron was great to communicate with, not intrusive, just extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"Have more then a half roll of toilet paper, more then 1 tiny garbage bag, have the key to the pool room like paid for, dish soap to clean the provided dishes"
