"I couldn't stay at this property because I was never sent check in information, even after messaging the host multiple times starting the day before my reservation. I had to call VRBO at 4pm on my reservation day (when I should have already been able to check in) and stay on hold for 30 minutes with my customer care agent while they tried to call her. Finally, while I'm on hold with VRBO, she says they were "double booked" and I was understandably upset. She tried to offer me another rental, but...
