"This trip was my second stay at this property. Again, this is a perfect place for relaxing at Stinson Beach. Cafes and world-class hiking trailheads are within 5-10 mi minutes walking. The property is cleans, well-appointed with clean linens sofas and kitchen appliances. The water pressure is great, and the views are spectacular. "

"We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! "

"Exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations! Karla (owner) is hands down the best host I’ve ever experienced. Polite, remarkably responsive and welcoming. Studio was very clean, well equipped, roomy and updated. Karla even provided a partition between the living and sleeping areas to allow us more privacy. Bed is comfy as well as the sleep sofa. Loved making breakfasts in the full kitchen. The large deck is a serene place to relax and take in the stunning redwoods and the views. ...

"I stayed here for 2 weeks for a work trip with my 2 dogs. It was a happy, cozy spot for the 3 of us. The internet was fast enough for me to manage zoom calls easily. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and I was able to cook easily. The neighborhood was really peaceful and the dogs and I had some lovely walks."

"Great stay, this is three bedroom and small living area (table chairs and small couch) connected with the hosts living area but separated by a door. Beautifully decorated and location is great - short walk into downtown Napa. Did not speak to the hosts but they were super friendly and responsive via text.
