"Enjoyed the space of this yacht for pure relaxation. Kitchen was great for cooking and the variety of spaces both indoors and out made for a wonderful experience. The marina was beautiful and close to San Diego for a day trip. Owners very communicative. Would definitely recommend. "

"The host communicated well and the property fit our needs however the property was not very well kept. The host provided an option for free early check in if I clean up after the previous guests so I wasnt surprised to see that the property wasn't very clean. There were dust bunnies everywhere and the surfaces were grimy. At one point a relative of the host let himself in during our stay because he left his phone. The host was apologetic but that left a bad taste in our mouth. "

"Being a San Diego native, the location was perfect. It was centrally located between both mine and my partners jobs, as well as being within 20 minutes of everything SD has to offer. The living room AC took some getting used to, as the display for the remote was broken, however it worked as normal. It got a bit loud at times, but I attribute it to being the one AC trying to cool down a large room. "This was a great apartment overall, spacious, clean and accurately described in the listing for the interior. We especially liked the Roku tv to allow easy viewing of Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus with our own login. Kitchen was well stocked although all plates and bowls were plastic and could have been a bit cleaner. "Place was perfect for our family to celebrate our son’s deployment’s homecoming. Clean, had everything we needed, and conveniently located. Our host was responsive, flexible and accommodating when his ship was delayed causing us to need to change our reservation. We’d definitely stay here again when coming to visit!"
