"This home has the potential to be truly spectacular, but it is not due to inadequate maintenance and attention to details. Examples: lights on lanai around pool do not work, no Keurig, can lights in kitchen either were out or didnt match with other lights, wine glasses didnt match, shower curtain very cheap quality, mold on shower inner tile, bedroom blinds too small to cover sliding door, and so on. "The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and drinkware. The location was only a 20 minute walk from downtown, Oxbow Market, and the farmer's market. The host was very communicative. We would stay again!"

"Friendly folks who give you a big breakfast in the morning. There's no A/C, but you can plug a surprisingly fast ice machine in for a cold drink, and really the ceiling fans are enough. The power went out (PG&E, ugh) but it came back in about an hour. It is a rare occurrence so I guess we got lucky. They gave us some lights just in case.The only thing that did bother me was the broken screens. The screens on the doors seem off the rails, and the window above our bed had a bent screen with a wasp...
