The property’s posted quiet hours were repeatedly violated by a neighboring guest, causing significant disruption late at night. To avoid any conflict, I chose not to confront the guest directly and instead reported the issue to management. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...
