"EVERYTHING went very smoothly. I’ve never booked our family vacations (I’m 70 years old!!) I was concerned about it being a gated community (nope, never had to deal with that either). The hosts were very patient and thoughtful about all my questions and concerns. The house suited us perfectly and everything was there that was needed and even wanted. There were 4 young teenage boys and they were never bored. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. Only had trouble finding the vegetable peeler....

The hosts were extremely gracious and left us DOZENS of welcome treats and food staples (including wine, snacks, and eggs) free of charge! We cooked all our meals for the trip at the house and had more than enough options for the cookware and dishes we needed. "Stayed here the weekend for a family reunion in the neighborhood. The views were beautiful. Place was cozy and quiet. Has most items you need (TP, trash bags, shampoo, even bug spray). Had a few issues and Al resolved as best he could with total understanding. He was really a great owner. If you love to cook, bring your own pot/pan. "
